At Easypack, we believe in providing quality service to our customers using the state-of-the-art technology. We are always absorbing the latest technology by conducting in-house training sessions as well as sending people for specialized training programs. There are groups created for different activities. The Group Leader is responsible for total commissioning of the software project. Every week there is a brain-storming session where each member of the team is asked to share his/her achievements as well as problems encountered. This results in reducing the development time as the individual efforts are not duplicated.

The team relies heavily on technical journals and Internet for updating their knowledge as well as keeping pace with the developments in IT industry. We have a strong and dedicated team of around 130 Software professionals who are graduates from renowned institutions in India. Our professionals have had a wide working experience on various platforms. Only the candidates with the right aptitude and skills are inducted in our team. We have a very good team spirit and low staff turnover.

The team is led by Arun Saxena, a post graduate in Computer Science from one of most renowned engineering college of the country, Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Pilani. Arun has got over 22 years of experience in IT industry. Arun is the Ex-President of Vidarbha Computer & Media Dealers’ Welfare Association. He is also the Ex-Chairman of IT Forum of Vidarbha Industries Association. Arun has traveled widely to Singapore, UK and USA.

Apart from technical work, we, at Easypack, strongly believe in mixing pleasure and work. In addition to having in-house Recreation room we also conduct group activities outside the office.
